The DIVI-SS is a compact, free standing automated vending machine designed for unattended retail in tight spaces. Standing 74″ tall, but with a footprint of just 13″ x 26″ (350mm x 670mm), the DIVI SS features a helix-spiral delivery system that can reliably vend irregular or non-standard packages. A 32″ HD touchscreen drives customer engagement and on-screen promotions. With a massive capacity of up to 500 products and 24 SKUs, it delivers surprising volume in a small footprint. DIVI SS FAQs

Where can I place my DIVI-SS?

The DIVI-SS is primarily for indoor use. It can be located anywhere where you have access to a power outlet. The DIVI-SS can be located outside in mild climates, and in a space protected from the elements. Please discuss with the sales team who will advise you on your specific location.

Can I sell regulated products in a DIVI-SS?

The short answer is yes. The DIVI-SS has an inbuilt software package that includes industry leading DIVE™ platform from ID-Scan.net.™

We do advise that you contact the Fastcorp Solutions Sales team to discuss the type of regulated products you are considering, and the location.

You must always abide by Federal and State laws, and local ordinances, and obtain the appropriate licenses for any time of vending.

How does the DIVI-SS verify someone's age?

The Digital Identity Verification Engine (DIVE™) solution provides the following features – including the ability to handle multiple document types:

State Driver’s Licenses
State Identification Cards
Passports (Both US and International)
US Passport Cards
US Green Cards
US Employment Authorization

The process is fast and secure:

On the screen there will be a QR Code which is scanned with a phone
Following the on-screen instructions, your customer scans their drivers license (or other ID) front & back
Your customer’s face will then be matched in real time to verify things like validity of document, ownership, age, and “liveness”.
No data is stored on the machine or by Fastcorp’s software

What type of payments does the DIVI-SS take?

Touchless payments include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

Some products are limited to debit card payment by law, check with your sales rep for more information.

Does the DIVI-SS need a hard-wired LAN connection?

No. You have two options with the DIVI. You can hard-wire the machine if you have a LAN connection easily accessible. Alternatively, you can add an optional cell modem and access your machine via wifi and the web-based dashboard.
